Lawson Gay Lawson Gay, President, entered the construction industry full time after graduating from Wilfred Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Degree, but has worked and observed the industry his entire life. After the many years in construction, Lawson founded HL Gay Family Homes in 1996 in partnership with his father Rick. Lawson makes daily visits to the housing site to ensure that everything is completed to his standards. Lawson was also President of the Durham Construction Association for the past two years.
	Lam Duong Lam Duong, our Site Foreman, has been with the company for over a decade. He has managed sites that range from commercial and industrial to custom homes. His ability to co-ordinate the construction team is an asset in completing our homes. Also, his incredible versatility of workmanship and extreme knowledge of the industry ensures that our homes are built to the highest of standards.
	Don Anderson Don Anderson, our customer care representative, is responsible for ensuring that any after sales concerns or items are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. His cheerful and honest personality help when co-coordinating the trades, and to ensure quality workmanship goes into every home.
	Marnie Gay Marnie Gay our Housing Co-ordinator, has been with the company since graduating from the University of Guelph in 2001. She is responsible for co-ordination of detailed information between the purchaser and construction team, as well as undertaking advertising management and public relations.
	Jennifer Hewlett Jennifer Hewlett, our Project Pricing Co-coordinator and Office Contact for After Sales Service, is always approachable and willing to help when dealing with the construction team or our customers. Her friendly attitude and well-organized qualities assist Don in ensuring completion of any after sales concerns.
	Jane White Jane White our Office Manager of over 20 years, finds her job easier because the Company always stands behind their work. She is an experienced bookkeeper that has experience with accounting and office procedures. Her problem solving skills are essential in keeping the office running efficiently and effectively.
	Laurie Rankine Laurie Rankine, our Accounts Payable Representative, has worked for the company for over a decade. Her interpersonal skills are an asset when dealing with our construction team or our customers.
