The H.L. Gay Family Homes company has a rich history. Their talent and the versatility of their workmanship is an obvious indicator to their steadfast belief in creating quality buildings. In 1888, Harry Gay Sr. started constructing barns, houses and doing carpentry in the Durham Region. The company was incorporated in 1908. After watching the fruits of his labor grow into a successful business, Harry gave control of the business to his sons. This tradition has continued to be passed down, with the fifth generation currently involved in the construction industry.
The building of H.L Gay Family Homes' quality subdivisions began with The Generation Collection in Courtice, and was soon followed by Richfield Place in Courtice and The Fire bush Trail in Oshawa and more recently Robinson Ridge in Courtice. These subdivisions feature carefully designed layouts, exceptional materials and unique locations.
H.L Gay Family Homes' has also maintained an excellent after-sale service with Ontario New Home Warranty Program. With over a century of construction knowledge going into each home, they can ensure that their purchasers receive the best product with incredible quality and workmanship. Each and every house is carefully built and when the product meets the family company's high standards it will surely meet yours.
We take great pleasure in having our homes go... From Our Family To
Yours.
